Die-cutting

The cutting of materials from sheets or scrolls into pieces via cutting tools. The process is suitable for a wide range of materials, especially for larger quantities.

The cutting reduces production costs by providing precise parts that no longer need to be modified in any way.

If the material is cut, including the background material, it is a full cut. If it cut only until the background material, it is a kiss cut.

Benefits include waste reduction, smooth assembly, faster production and total cost savings.
